Lengishu is an exclusive-use family home offering exceptional luxury in the heart of 32,000 acre Borana Conservancy, Kenya’s newest and most successful rhino sanctuary. Nestled into a ridge with stunning views across Laikipia’s plains and deep into the old Northern Frontier, it sleeps up to 12 guests.

Distinct to a luxury safari lodge, Lengishu lays on the privacy and flexibility of a private home – including friendly staff ready to cater for your every whim. You can choose your own itinerary, unbound by the constraints of a set schedule and taking it as intensively or restfully as you wish. All that while enjoying sustainable tourism in one of Kenya’s leading wildlife destinations. On this luxury safari, there is the opportunity to not only learn about the conservation of wildlife and local communities, but also to make a crucial difference.

Bedrooms look east over a valley, which means spectacular sunrise views. All are spacious with fireplaces or wood-burning stoves for cooler evenings. Through floor-to-ceiling windows, bathtubs provide majestic vistas of the undulating plains beyond – so you can game-watch even while washing.

Playing our part in supporting rhino conservation on Borana Conservancy is a dream come true, born of an enduring passion for Kenya, its wildlife and its amazing people.
